Silver Ring Workshops

This is a rough guide to what happens on the day, all timings are approximate and subject to change depending on class size. We usually run a 4 person class but can accommodate more if required. Drop us an email if you have any questions or need any more information or, pop into the shop and see us.

Please note - all attendees must be over the age of 16 on the day of the workshop.

Silver Ring Workshops are priced at £95.00 per person and this incudes everything that you need to make a beautiful silver ring, lunch, tea/coffee and snacks

12:00h - arrive at the shop and be welcomed with tea & coffee and a selection of sandwiches. Nattie will run through the Health & Safety and introduce herself and the rest of the team. You will then get started designing your ring, with guidance from us.

13:00h - set up your bench peg, add the saw blade to the saw and start measuring and making the ring. There is lots of help available, this course is designed for beginners so please don’t think you need to be really creative or know how to make jewellery. That isn’t the case at all, this is for everyone.

3:30pm - we start to help you solder your ring, pickle it and forge it into the correct shape.

4:30pm - the polishing part, some may want it matte and some might want a shiny polish. Either way we will help you get the finish that you want.

5:00pm - we take some pictures of your work and start to finish up.
